Step right on up and watch a suicide of the political variety right before your very eyes. It’s ugly. It’s gruesome. And you won’t be able to take your eyes off watching the death of a political career just moments after its announcement.
The pro-gay and pro-choice former NBA star Charles Barkley says conservatives are fake Christians because they’re not pro-gay and pro-choice. Which is to say not Charles Barkley. Barkley announced that he’ll be running for governor of Arizona in 2014. My favorite part is how CNN announcer Wolf Blitzer tries to give him room to squirrel out but Barkley doesn’t take it.

What cracked me up when I heard this on Hugh’s show was Barkley always talking about Christians as being hypocrites because they are commanded not to judge.
Gee how did he know we are fake Christians if he didn’t judge this?
I remember Alice Von Hildebrand’s wonderful reply to one of her students who complained that she was judgmental. She replied “How dare you judge that I am judging you!”

I don’t judge people who wish to own other human beings as slaves. I personally am opposed to slavery, but if other people are OK with it, then, hey . . ? As a Christian, who am I to judge? And who are you to judge, either?
