Why just yesterday I told you that the “resurrected Hillary” is a zombie. Apparently, Obama’s key foreign policy aide agrees. Samantha Power in an interview with the Scotsman let slip that she recognizes the undead when she sees them.
“She is a monster, too – that is off the record – she is stooping to anything…You just look at her and think: ergh.”
I believe that it is pronounced aaaarrrrgghhh!
I don’t disagree with Ms. Power’s assessment, however leading the charge for Obama v. Hillary is like picking a side in the Freddy vs. Jason movie. Sure you can have loyalty and root for your monster. You can shout at the screen an hope that Jason whoops on Freddy or hope that Freddy slices up Jason. Fine, pick your monster. But either way, you are merely a loyal henchman for the villain.

I voted for Hill-Rod tuesday on the grounds that as an Ohio Republican I didn’t have anything better to do.
My sole goal was to keep this from becoming an ‘”Annointed Leader” v. McCain’ contest any sooner… I wanted the dems to spend another 7 weeks fighting it out.
I believe I have also managed to secure “cred” among liberal friends as I can now point to an experience I had where I can proudly announce that at one point in my life I voted “for a woman, for a Democrat and for a Clinton.”
First and last time, baby.

It’s actually more like Alien vs. Predator!
And also Patrick, please refrain from banishing our readers to the fiery pit -at least until they voted in the Catholic blog awards.

To all you Republicans who voted for Hilary to keep the fight between her and Obama going. This strategy probably works best if you don’t talk about it – that way it makes Hilary’s chances look real – see? I know confesssion is good for the soul – but does it have to be a public confession? But I do understand that the intention (and the outcome) is good. I for one am happy that Hilary is still in it. I really think that the longer Hil and Obama go at each other, it will help bring the Republicans a victory in the end. And when they go on digging up more dirt on each other, it will save a lot of time and effort for the Republicans. I don’t like such ugliness – really I don’t – but it’s better than seeing one of them in the White House.

Hey that is a smear on Freddie and Jason.

Agreed, A bit unfair to monsters everywhere!

Ack! I should have come up with this comparison! I probably would have gone with Godzilla vs. The Smog Monster though.

EegahInc,
I thought of you when I wrote it! Godzilla isn’t malevolent enough! He is just an overgrown lizard who doesn’t know any better. Freddy and Jason kill for the sake of killing!
