Do you remember the outcry when Mike Huckabee put a cross behind him in his television commercial. Obama, the former community activist and current infanticide proponent, is putting crosses on his shirts. Can you imagine if McCain/Palin did this. The media outcry would be deafening.

“The media outcry would be deafening.”
Matthew, do you mean that our objective, fair and balanced media which seriously considers all points of view for at least a quarter of a nanosecond before proclaiming that Senator Obama has descended to earth from the same plane of existence as the once Messianic Tom Cruise, does somehow not live up to journalistic standards? Are you suggesting that perhaps the “National Enquirer” is now the paragon of reportage along with the back pre-1990 issues of “Pravda”? Does reading a pro-Obama tee shirt give one the same depth of knowledge as, say, reading the NYT editorial page? Or perhaps even more?

Being from MA, I know there are a great deal of Catholics who will vote for Obama, but those aren’t anybody who wouldn’t have voted for him anyway. Cooptation works best when the balance of power is very clearly in your favor anyway– which, for the other 49 states, is not the case.

After 2004, I didn’t think the media could be more biased but I was clearly wrong. There’s not going to be one mention of this in the press. And it’s because they know he doesn’t really believe in any of it.

Matthew,
Are we honestly supposed to believe that Mr. Obama undertakes the design of every t-shirt that expresses support for him? Do you have any evidence that he is responsible for the design of this shirt, or that he even knows of its existence? It is sufficient to condemn Obama as a formal cooperator in mass murder. It is not necessary to conflate the actions and thoughts of some of his more misguided supporters with his own.
