In their annual Man of the Year edition, Time Magazine “honors” Sarah Palin as one of the runners-up. But then they show their unabashed bias in such an awful way that they really should be ashamed of themselves -if they were at all capable of it anymore.
In their story on Palin, they don’t report that Sarah Palin faked her pregnancy in order to cover up the pregnancy of her daughter, they just report on the rumor that Sarah Palin faked her pregnancy in order to cover up the pregnancy of her daughter. You see the difference, right?
Time: “The most stunning accusation was not about her experience or intellect or attitude; it was the allegation that she had committed a stupendous moral fraud, faking her infant son Trig’s birth to cover up her teen daughter’s pregnancy. Throughout the weekend after her selection, the rumor moved from Daily Kos to the Times of London at Internet speed: the fact that it spread as far and as fast as it did signaled just how much the two sides of our cultural divide distrust each other.”
Mind you, it doesn’t signify how low Time Magazine and the entire media has fallen, it’s the fault of the cultural divide.
Oddly, they didn’t report on the rumors about Obama’s birth certificate.
Not that I’m claiming Obama’s not an American but the rumors are just as prevalent as the Trig truthers but Time didn’t see the need to report on it.

Because he is the messiah! It doesn’t matter because we have now elected our first Black President!
Keep in mind Obama is the man who silenced his wife and Feminists love him. Figure that one out.

Um, maybe I’m missing something (though I’m now on my fourth pregnancy!), but if the governor had “faked” her pregnancy on behalf of her daughter — a rather strange thing to even imagine, let alone do — wouldn’t it backfire when Bristol doesn’t herself get big with child over the nine months and then produce a new child (not Trig)?! Seems like a dumb plan to me!
Or is it that the media wasn’t supposed to learn about Bristol’s pregnancy in the first place (also a dumb bet in this day and age!)? I don’t get it, and I doubt the governor and her teen girl have the time on their hands to strain with this type of nonsense.
It’s like the President Bush thing: how can he be held to be a complete idiot and, at the same time, an evil mastermind?! Well, if the governor is some sort of stupid fundie (a premise I utterly reject), then how would she ever hatch a brilliant (!) plan like this?!
In a more important matter regarding Obama’s birth certificate: From what I’ve read, there is actually a lot more reason to believe that he has no valid American birth certificate than there is to believe the “Trig Truth” theory. If Obama has the goods, why not shut-up the naysayers once and for all by producing a properly authenticated copy?! This seems a simple solution to a grave constitutional problem looming over us…

EASY WAY TO MAKE SURE OBAMA NEVER GETS INAUGURATED (READ CAREFULLY):–
Since the Supreme Court has now prevented itself from acknowledging the question of whether Barack H. Obama is or is not an Article II “natural born citizen” based on the Kenyan/British citizenship of Barack Obama’s father at the time of his birth (irrespective of whether Barack Obama is deemed a “citizen” born in Hawaii or otherwise) as a prerequisite to qualifying to serve as President of the United States under the Constitution — the Court having done so three times and counting, first before the Nov 4 general election and twice before the Dec 15 vote of the College of Electors — it would seem appropriate, if not necessary, for all Executive Branch departments and agencies to secure advance formal advice from the United States Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel as to how to respond to expected inquiries from federal employees who are pledged to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States” as to whether they are governed by laws, regulations, orders and directives issued under Mr. Obama during such periods that said employees, by the weight of existing legal authority and prior to a decision by the Supreme Court, believe in good faith that Mr. Obama is not an Article II “natural born citizen”.

I did see that one of the magazines at the grocery store (Enquirer?) had it splashed all over the cover, “Is Obama a citizen? Faked Birth Certificate!”
Maybe that will bring it to the attention of the same populace who voted him into office. You know, the dumb, gullible ones who think the “Messiah” will now pay their light bill and mortgage.
I’m beginning to see Alexander Hamilton’s point about only allowing landowners to vote, they are the only ones who have an incentive to keep the government in good order.

Time is still angry that (1) Sarah is not from the Home States, (3) did not attend a Home State University, and (2 did not have her baby killed.

But it’s mostly the baby thing.

It’s almost totally the baby thing. I’m more of a Jindal fan than a Palin fan, but I hope she stays in the spot light a LONG TIME… so that America can see Trig grow up and realize that he’s human!

Excellent point! I hope for the same.
