I think what’s most offensive about these new condom ads is that once again it makes the creation of life an evil. So in a world where two people choose to sleep with those they don’t particularly care for, who’s the bad guy? The baby, of course. That’s why the sperm is made to look like Osama bin Laden, Hitler and Mao. So here’s the upshot: If you don’t use condoms you’re probably going to give birth to a murderous dictator. The irony is that it’s exactly this kind of devaluation of human life which has led to the widespread murderous regimes of the past century.

If the sperm is Hitler, then the condom represents the Maginot Line? Just asking…
And the ads’ slogans?
“Don’t let Nazi Germany invade France. Wear a condom.”
“Stop the Long March before it gets to Beijing. Wear a condom.”
“Don’t let Bin Laden fly into the twin towers. Wear a condom.”

They’ll cry about the Hitler-sperm argument, but at the same time these anti-condom Christians will tell you you’re killing baby Mozarts and Einsteins by shooting your load in to a condom. Yes, both arguments are equally stupid but the anti-condom sentiment of this article is the only offensive and potentially dangerous thing going on here. Seriously guys, keeping sperm to your self isn’t anti-humanity.

I think the important thing to grasp is that sperm is inherently evil unless, and only unless (unlesss, if you will) it comes into contact with an egg. Therefore, non-human eggs should be put at the end of condoms (perhaps cow eggs?), thereby solving the problem – sperm meets egg, and is therefore moral, but no unwanted baby is made.

Sarah: Of all the torture, religious terrorism, child abuse, bigotry, poverty, greed, corruption, genocide and hatred in this world, an advertising campaign makes you ashamed to be a human?
