Breitbart is giving video evidence that Obama wants to eliminate private health insurance with words from Obama’s own mouth. Provocative indeed.

I love it when CMR beats Drudge!

Sounds like they have either not been listening to their own words or they are counting on the American people having not listened.
Our family is military and while our medical care is not the worst in the world, it is very much one size fits all and our options are extremely limited. We are constantly being told such and such is not covered. We do not choose our own doctors. My children have never seen the same doctor twice. We see whoever is available. We very rarely can get same day appointments. If we go about procedures incorrectly we end up spending months trying to clear it up with Tri-Care. When we retire in two years the delays and inefficiencies will only get worse. I was looking forward to finally having civilian healthcare. Hopefully that dream will not be overthrown by Obamacare!
Aside from all the moral problems with the bill, the working idea cannot and will not work

yes, the government has done such a wonderful job with Medicare and Social Security..
Medical help for our vets? Go sit and wait for service to our military some time–another government success story.

I am a retired Army soldier and I am currently using Tricare. I will have to say that I haven't really had any problems with it. I have a Primary Care Manager and I am able to get appointments and treatment when needed for my wife, my five kids, and me.
That being said, even though Tricare is paid for by the Military, it is administered and run by private insurance companies. In my region, Humana manages it. I am concerned that a single payer system would also involve the creation of some new government agency that will really screw things up.
