This video, less than a minute, is a fine exhibit of how the Western Church has lost ego strength. The groom take the opportunity to disrespect the very last words the Protestant minister says, to disrespect the minister – who is left looking like a dunce. My advice to the minister? If anyone ever does that or any equivalent – close the book and walk out.
Sorry to post this here but you don't have an email address I can send this to.
Your Ads by Google were both for abortion clinics; one in Las Vegas, one in Rochester. I actually clicked on them to see if they were spoofs or something. Nope, they're abortion clinics.
Dude, ditch Google because they are playing this sick joke.
WingletDriver: It is probably a program that picks out key words from the post then pulls in the ads.
About the tweet, can't it wait? It shows little respect for the rituals. Hopefully, it is not an indication of how he feels towards the institution of marriage itself.
If I were the bride or the pastor, I'd have knocked that thing out of his hands . . . or grabbed it and thrown it across the room (not at those in the pews, of course). Tourists in HI walk about crossing streets etc. with these things out tapping away . . . don't come to O'ahu on holiday if you're going to fritter away the loveliness on those stupid gizmos. It's worse at your own wedding! The shame! That's not living!
I attend a coffee group with some gals and they all – ALL of them – have the newest phones and they text while we talk. It's so bloody annoying! No wonder I find books to be better friends!
It had to have been planned. The minister's joke is just too pat to have been off the cuff. And that he pulls out one for the bride, and she grabs it and starts doing it, too, without a word–definitely premeditated.
It is sad that all three made a mockery of the sacred ceremony: the pastor with his glib joke and racous laugh, the groom, though appropriately dressed, lacked any interest in the sacramental words spoken, and the bride with her simper and an attire that is inappropiately sensual – if only her back were more fully clothed rather than revealing the lack of a bra. When I was a bride twenty years ago, things were more solemn

That could lead to an emergency visit to the proctologist.

Sorry, looks like Mrs. Tweet is doing it too!

Dead it right! The level of disrespect shown towards the sacredness of the ceremony by his actions are ridiculous.

I predict they both will be updating their "relationship status" again within 18 months….

Wow. I'm pretty sure that would have been both the first and last thing I ever did as a married man.
