You gotta hand it to Sarah Palin, she has learned an awful lot about handling the media in the past two years.
The media follows her relentlessly attempting to find one slip of the tongue that they can use against her. They video tape every public appearance in hope that this time she will slip up and they will have the video to prove it.
Sarah knows this and has decided to use it for advantage. Not her own advantage, mind you, but to the advantage of the unborn.
Palin was giving a speech to a pro-life group. She and the group decided if the media wanted to tape her speech in their perpetual pursuit of the soundbyte o’death, they would have to support life to do it.
Palin made the media purchase tickets to the event and the proceeds went to the pro-life cause. That is sweet.
The lefties are losing what is left of their little minds.
This goes in the dictionary as the definition of win-win.

I absolutely love it. This is sweet justice.

Actually, the headline should read "Palin Makes Media Subsidize Palin's Speaking Fee at "Heroic Media" Event".
And it seems the "lefties" are having way more fun making light of her Churchillian speaking engagement at the Wine And Spirits Wholesalers of America's Annual Convention:

And they also are "losing what is left of their little minds" over her engagement at the International Bowl Expo 2010:

Very intelligent woman she is! We got the chance to meet her at a book signing and she's as real as real can get! Lovely woman!!

Love her. We are living in a great age of strong, pro-life, beautiful, intelligent, fearless, conservative women. Michelle Malkin, Sarah Palin, Monica Crowley, Laura Ingraham, Michelle Bachman… my daughters have so many great women to look up to these days.

Dear Media- Leave Sarah Palin alone. Apparently, that's what she wants. I mean, if she wanted people to ask her questions and listen to what she says, she would make herself ubiquitously available on, say, a major news network or Twitter or Facebook. She is an intensely private woman who doesn't subscribe to your cheap antics like letting a teenage girl go on a reality TV show or promoting herself with a shoddily written book. And – let's not forget – DRILL BABY DRILL!!!!

This is the best thing I've heard since the chants of "Drill, Baby, Drill" led at the Republican National Convention. Can't stop my laconic smiling.

Man, when even Craig becomes a fan of her speaking engagements, you know she's doing something right!

Sarah often donates or waives her fee when speaking for non-profits (like she's doing for the Susan B. Anthony List). And even is she gets a fee it's a flat fee, not a percentage of ticket sales. Meaning the group who brings her in still benefits. Definately win-win.

brilliant, but considering the left wind media morons who ended up supporting her, just smart.
