Just this past weekend, shoppers at the the Macy’s in Philadelphia (the old Wanamaker building) were surprised when over 600 choristers who were there mingling with regular shoppers suddenly burst into Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus. It’s pretty awesome.
The Opera Company of Philadelphia was instrumental in bringing it together to perform one of the Knight Foundation’s “1000 Random Acts of Culture” which they’ll be doing over the next three years across the country. Accompanied by the Wanamaker Organ – the world’s largest pipe organ – the singers burst into song at exactly noon.

We are in the end times as the Bible spells out. This gathering of singing praise to the Most High is just a glimpse of what we have to look forward to if we believe. Are you prepared for the return of the Messiah? I love my Lord and I'll be ready! God Bless Us All and HALLELUJAH!

I work for the ACLU, and we are going to identify every chorus singer here and sue to extent of the law. Bringing God into to public place is horrible. We hope to make every bastard here think twice before they bring God to a public place.

So wonderful to hear the true meaning of Christmas, in a commercial Mecca. Would that the Christians truly heed the message of Christ and see that Christ has returned. He Shall reign forever and ever, as Jesus,Mohamed, and Baha'u'llah.

God moves upon the hearts of His creatures to bring glory to Himself. All that the world does to silence His voice is overruled in an instant in the most unlikely places and through some unlikely persons,
And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. (Luke 19:40)

This is the greatest! It made me want to dance before the Lord, as King David did.

In a public place, where you will find people of all faiths or no faith and have THAT BEAUTIFUL Song played and have the mingling choir singing and the non-choir shoppers singing along and the joy in their eyes was absolutely magnificient. Now, how could the non-believers not truly know the meaning of Christmas. It's not Xmas, it is CHRISTmas. What a blessing this was.
