OK. Let’s see that school administrator come out now and tell everyone to remove the flag from their bikes.

That is phenomenal. I bet that kid's self-esteem just went WAY up! Amazing…only in America.

Love it!

Hope the "administrator" and dozens of others at that "school" were extremely offended. Great stuff.

I love it– no rioting, no picketing, no lawsuit. Just a crystal-clear statement.

I thought the administration conceded. Is that not so?

As a music teacher, I just did a Veteran's Day program at school with the entire third grade, the room filled with veterans and families. We also sang, God Bless the USA. I don't live in California.

For obvious reasons, I will have to post anonymously. The superintendent of this kid's school district used to be a underling viceroy in the district I worked for. He provided much proof back then that the other Peter Principle (as opposed to St. Peter) back in the days when Proposition 187 passed in CA., thousands of Latino kids left middle and high schools in the San Joaquin valley and marched en masse, fully bedecked with the standard of Mexico, to the nearest malls to "protest." Not one kid from the school I taught at that ditched was consequenced by this administrator; nor did I hear of any such discipline imposed upon this particular, ad hoc group of kids "exercizing" their first admendment rights.
But, "for his own safety" from the possibility of "racial tension," the same administrator walks back the local school admin. geniuses who demanded the youngster remove the Stars and Stripes from his bike.
But at least the dufus superintendent got his 15 minutes on the TeeVee. Payback's a bastardo, ain't it?
And now, what with China going all capitalist and such, Castro's showing some buyer's remorse….American public schools officially become the last bastion of true communism on the planet.

The only bad part was the guy desecrating the flag and showing no respect for the law of the land by wearing it as a shirt.
