Every public place is owned in whole and in part by every citizen, in joint and common tenancy, by you and by me. I own it all and you own it all. When the Ten Commandments are taken down and the common good is violated by a school shooting let the ACLU and Giles County stand trial for aiding and abetting wanton homicide in the deaths of the victims. So much as an infraction of the law as bullying, name calling and intimidation (as is being done by the ACLU with our tax dollars) ought to be pursued in a court of law and monetary indemnity demanded from the atheists, the ACLU, and Giles County who have counseled the criminal that it is OK to ignore and violate God's law. This is incitement to riot, to mob mentality and mob rule (tyranny) disturbing the peaceable assembly and destroying the common good. The Thomas More Law Center will add, denying freedom of speech, press and right to petition government for redress of grievances through poverty imposed by cruel and unusual punishment and intimidation ( by agencies empowered by tax dollars)
The Freedom from Religion spokesman talked about keeping an eye on the school to make sure they didn't violate the constitution. I have news for them. The constitution guarentees freedom OF religion, not FROM religion. So, who are the ones violating the constitution?
Isn't it odd how the Supreme Court is attacking religion on every front exept for the vile folks at Westboro Baptist Church, who seem to be on an unbroken Supreme Court winning streak?
Why THESE guys? Because while they keep gloating over slain servicemen and their foul work of protesting funerals of dead homosexuals they discredit mainstream evangelicals and Catholics who really do hate the sin but love the sinner.

Just so you know, the "evil" ACLU is on the side of the students in this one.
