This is the lib who was hatin’ on poor Chris Christie last week saying he wanted to smack him upside the head or something and calling him a punk. In this video, he’s attacking Christie again and God takes exception.

The corporation does not REQUIRE you to pay dues, which would in turn go to support political candidates – unlike the union. Who are you to decide that corporations "underpay" workers for the price of their labor?? Perhaps the unions force corporations to "overpay" workers for the price of their labor! As far as government schools, enforcement of standards and discipline would go a lot further than throwing money at a bottomless pit. Let's work to set standards, which would certainly benefit the poor…

Matthew: I'm guessing that you weren't promised that your healthcare contribution would remain the same, and that you hadn't previously given up pay increases for that benefit. That's the issue, that they made agreements that they've kept and the state is now going back on. It's also an issue that the state is excusing this as a fiscal necessity when they can shower a billion dollars onto rich people like confetti. If he's seeking to create an Ayn Rand-style rich person's utopia where poor people are enslaved or dead then he could at least be honest about it.
Meg: you've obviously never been a low-income worker. Do CEOs deserve to earn 300 times as much as their workers? Should workers be forced to work two full-time jobs just to afford a small apartment and the gas/bus fare to get to and from work? Should working families be forced to choose between paying the rent and buying food? Should teachers be paid so poorly that they can't even live near where they teach? This is what's happening in this state.

Andrew… your points are falling on deaf ears. The zealots that follow this website blindly parrot the talking points they are given and refuse to open to anything else that even remotely questions their marching orders.
Keep fighting the good fight, but the so-called catholics on this website have no clue what the word means… and they show it in their actions and their attitudes.

Why do so many people post on here anonymously? I've always found that somewhat disrespectful to the conversation. I also don't know if calling people "zealots" is the right way to get people to listen. Some people here might very well be zealots, some might just listen to the wrong news sources, and some might have come to their views through completely valid means. I also don't doubt that they're Catholic, after all being a Catholic isn't about following one party or the other (contrary to what many here might think).
