'Twas the right thing to do… but I'm pretty sure I see a gray-haired stadium employee wearing a red shirt in the dugout who is pointing at the young boy (visible at 20 seconds). I tend to think that employee called out and got the boy's attention. The boy still did the right thing, but I don't think the idea was initially his.
