The PETA people are crazy. And not even nice crazy but nasty crazy. That’s been well documented. Their recent despicable ad shows a graphic image of a shark attack and essentially calls it “payback.”
What a bunch of jerks. To these animal worshiping nutjobs, a shark attack is the same as ordering a Filet o’Fish at McDonalds. Weasel Zippers has the full story.

Every now and again, I'm paralyzed by the notion that PETA expects us to take them seriously.

Mmm… I love me a shark sandwich.

What a ridiculous ad. Wel I would have PETA know tat I am a plants-rights activist, I only eat meat!
Save the plants!

This reminds me of those "exploding schoolkid" global warming ads from a while back. Or, like, remember those Mac vs. PC ads that made the mistake of casting a much more likeable guy for the PC—managing to make Microsoft look like the underdog?
Do ad agencies have the custom of harakiri? Maybe they should start. "The shame is too great", and all that, you know?

This is ripe for a parody with the Ents from LOTR: Eat Meat because Payback hurts. Show Sauraman watching as his whole abode is being destroyed…

I am a Veganitarian myself. I only eat Vegans.
Seriously though? This ad doesn't bother me – it's so stupid and silly.

When sharks go vegan, I'll go vegan.
