Pat’s always bragging and going on about running marathons and triathlons and Ironman. I’ll give him credit. He somehow does complete this stuff. The part that really amazes me is that he’s still kinda’ fat. To me, that always made it more impressive. Anybody who’s in shape can run but for a fat guy to do it is kinda’ cool.
But I’m no longer impressed after seeing this video. This lady ran a marathon at 38 weeks pregnant and guess what happened right after. I’m sure you can guess. So until you do something like that Pat I’m not sure I want to hear it.
Note: I am legally allowed to make fat jokes 1) because I’m fatter than him and 2) he’s my brother so all rules of decorum go out the window when speaking to or about brothers.
Oh Pat, I need someone to come roll me over. Can you come over? I’ve been blogging in this position for hours. I wanna’ avoid bedsores, you know.

I walked two miles this morning. Not pg. But you still should be impressed that I sacrificed a half hour of sleep.

They should have a new olympic event. We have the triathlon, swimming, biking, running. We have a biathlon, skiing and shooting. I can't think of something more grueling than running a marathon and then giving birth.

For some reason, this post reminds me of this.
(needless to say, I can definitely relate!)

Matt: You can use those inflatable balloons that work like a jack.

Try not to be too concerned about weight Matt and Pat. Remember, there really is truth to being fat and sassy, or fat and jolly. No one ever said that about a skinny runner!

I suggest a new triathlon for the rest of us: oreo speed eating, Refrigerator door opening, and good candy hiding.

I was really impressed when I saw this story in the news…but even more excited when I learned she lives down the road a bit from me in Naperville. Go Naperville! 🙂
