This is unbelievable. I thought it was above the pay grade of the President to decide whether the unborn were to be considered human beings. Guess not, huh.
The Free Beacon reports:
The White House Visitors Office requires that an unborn child—still residing in utero—must be counted as a full human being when its parents register for a White House tour, according to documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
White House Visitors Office director Ellie Schafer sent an email to a Capitol Hill staffer Tuesday morning explaining the process for registering an unborn fetus for a White House tour:
We have received a number of calls regarding how to enter security information for a baby that has not yet been born.
Crazy as it may sound, you MUST include the baby in the overall count of guests in the tour. It’s an easy process.
Cognitive dissonance.
Come on. Shouldn’t it be up to the mother of the blob of tissue to decide whether the thing in her belly is a human or not? Oppresive White House dictating to women! Let’s have a march or something.

This is a hoax right? It's just too crazy to be true (apart from registering the "blob of tissue", why on earth would a tour count for an preborn child – it's not like they are really going to hear/see anything).

I'm surprised (or not) that they didn't choose to count the pre-born boys and girls as three-fifths of a person.

The baby is counted if it will be born before a future visit to the WH. The form is for families who are making reservations for upcoming visits.

Sovereign personhood is a non-tangible unalienable attribute of the immortal soul. All persons are counted by their souls.

I know the version you are posting makes for good reading, but you've got the quote out of context.
They are to count the unborn child if the delivery date is around or after the scheduled date of the tour. This makes sense since you have to plan the tours far in advance and it will allow the infant to come along. I see no problem with it and suspect it's not a Democrat/Republican thing.

I think it's important to include the fetuses… You know, for background checks.
The Secret Service can't take chances with these things.

A bit of research would make sence when something sounds studid like this does. IF you are going to take a tour of the whitehouse in the future and you are pregnant, You can register the baby early since it will be born when you visit. A baby, once born, can't enter the whitehouse unless it is part of the invite.
Jeez, the hatred of this president is incredible here.
When it sounds too stupid to be true, it probably is. Is this the part where "bearing false witness" comes in?

Guys… it's not hatred… it's funny because they're showing that they do realize the babies are, in the normal course, going to be recognized even by them as humans.
I figured that it was "will probably be born by the time of the visit" the moment I heard it– but that just begs the question: why are they counting babes-in-arms for party number?
