Our entire culture is beclowning itself. And we seem to be enjoying it.
It’s bad enough that Esquire Magazine and Yahoo News commissioned a poll to decide whether people thought Romney or Obama would win a fistfight. But then The Hill is reporting on it.
If a fistfight could settle the presidential election, more people think President Obama would win than Mitt Romney, according to a new poll released Thursday.
When likely voters were asked “just for fun,” which candidate would win in a fistfight, 58 percent said Obama to 22 percent for Romney. Twenty percent had no opinion.
Exit question: Do you think The Hill would report this story if Romney had won the poll? I’m thinking not.

The media is like network TV trying to appeal to its audience and that is down to people who are brain dead and morally compromised.

Given the age difference, it might seem that Obama might beat Romney in a fistfight, but the O is such a wuss, the advantage goes to Romney.
