Elizabeth Warren of the High Cheekbone tribe is an Indian giver that just keeps on giving.
It turns out that she may have practiced law in Massachusetts without a license. In the Indian vernacular they call her Sheezacrook which means “She who commits felonies.”

@Unknown: "Indian giver" has a pretty simple meaning. "You give me something, then ask for it back."
It stems from the fact that most Eastern Native Americans conceived land-tenure as inalienable usufruct, rather than the Roman concept of alienable utendi-et-abutendi that contemporary Europeans were using. Simply put, when Europeans thought they were buying land from the Indians, the Indians thought they were paying for the right to live on the land and use its resources.
(It's common, but totally inaccurate, to say they had no concept of ownership—most Natives had the same concept of ownership as medieval Europeans, who also generally regarded land-tenure as inalienable.)
