I'm confused, biden …how do tax cuts raise taxes? A cut is a cut. Or are you referring to Obama's economic plan? I know,politics are confusalating. It's hard being VP! Or is it opposite day?
Last I checked, Romney's cuts were across the board, meaning no, the middle class will not have their taxes raised by the cuts.
