“The growing number of voters not aligned with a specific religion helped President Obama overcome deficits with Protestants and Catholics in key swing states. The Pew Research Center calls this group “nones” — agnostics, atheist and those who define themselves simply as “religious” or “spiritual but not religious.”
Soooo, nones and nuns supported Obama.
I love how the report uses that ever precious label “spiritual but not religious.” Catholics call them nuns of the LCWR.

A sovereign person cannot have a soul unless his soul comes from God. The human soul is the breath of life in the human being. Religion is how man responds to the Holy Spirit in his soul. When the soul leaves the body, death occurs. And people must wait in the dust for Jesus. These nuns and nones are in the dust.

The gaymarriagecommunity is petitioning the Supreme Court to give them a soul to consent to a covenant of Matrimony. The free will is a Creator endowed gift of the human being's immortal soul. Without his soul, man can do nothing. "I DO" doesn't.
How many animals without immortal souls does anyone see consenting to covenants?

RE: "spiritual but not religious", which spirits? All the spirits I can think of that one would want to be associated with regard the Dems' platform as a combination of the sins of Wrath and Envy, or else as the pollution of the Evil Eye.
Indeed, the only spirits I can think of that have anything in common with the class-war resentment narrative used by the Left are "wrathful ghosts", like the things originally called revenants in Europe (currently we call 'em vampires), or the onryô in The Grudge. Oh, and a Japanese fairy called a kyûso, or "former rat", the spirit of rats killed by cats that stalks and kills cats.
