Tell me God doesn’t have a sense of humor.
Western civilization is attempting to have as much sex as possible without having babies. So men have cheered women on as they’ve ingested carcinogens to make them less fertile.
Well now a study coming out of France is showing that men’s sperm counts have fallen dramatically since the 1990s.
Catholic Culture points out that scientists are scratching their heads to avoid considering that the most likely explanation is the sharp increase in estrogen levels in the water supply, which can be traced to the widespread use of contraceptive pills.
So maybe God is giving us what we want, right? You want to have sex without the chance of having children? Keep doing what you’re doing. The funny part is that we’re doing it to ourselves.

I've said this before elsewhere, and I'll say it again here. I truly believe Children of Men was a prophetic book (and movie).

Except it sucks for those of us who intentionally are not contracepting and struggle with fertility. I wonder if this is to blame for the seemingly increasing infertility rates? (including miscarriage, damaged sperm, is damaged sperm in my eyes.)

The HHS Mandate needs to be stopped for this very reason. Contributing to this very real epidemic of water pollution is genocide.

The water pollution by contraceptive pills is a well known fact. Government is working on a project to purify the water, and as likely to succeed as alchemists trying to turn dross into gold.

Pope Gregory the Great said that the punishment for sin is that God gives us what we want.
