This is absolutely disgusting. This commercial popped up for Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards. How on earth do they think this is appropriate for children? Josh Duhamel goes full on Katy Perry in this short commercial.
It’s a man dressed as a female stripped with cones on his chest squirting some white liquid as he caresses them with his hands.
NSFW. (Can you believe I have to write “NSFW” for a commercial for the Kids Choice Awards?)
So for you parents who thought that Nickelodeon was safe to leave on with the kids, think again. I’m starting to think the Amish are on to something.
To contact Nickelodeon go to Nick.com and then click on “Report a Concern” at the very bottom.

The company should be deluged with complaints.

"I'm starting to think the Amish are on to something."
I just said this earlier this week. It was after I listened to a Planet Money podcast where they discussed the way the Amish do business. I never understood where they really stood on technology and it cleared it up a little. They don't want anything in their house that weakens the household. They don't want anything in the community that weakens the community. There is a lot of wisdom in that practice.
Here's a link to the podcast. It was pretty interesting.

My husband and I didn't specifically have Nick in mind, but we decided when we got married NO CABLE, except the most basic basic package available so we could actually received network broadcasts and PBS. The stuff available on channels like HBO is like hooking an open sewer pipe up and letting it flood into your family room. Sad, but not totally surprising, that it's trickled down this far at this point even to a kids' channel…

Matthew, I am very disappointed in your post. You didn't go nearly far enough in lampooning the sick, demented, mud-sucking, demonic parasites who made this video. So, I did! 😀

At the corporate level there is no Nickelodeon, only Viacom (you could replace that sentence with a line from Ghostbusters and it would be functionally equivalent).

And when all is said and done, lets not forget..it's always us Catholics that are out of touch, prudish, anti sex or anti(fill in the blank). In a world that is out of touch, it's those that stay in communion with God that are the true outliers.

Remember that the TV audience ages…so the networks have two choices: market to the knuckleheads whose brains were liquified in the 90s, or draw in new viewers with the shock factor. Apparently, both options have been chosen by some
PS option 3: start showing quality TV. But where's the money in that?

I remember the good old days when Howdy Doody was considered risque.

Just ditch the box. You don't need it.
Your kids will read.

Twenty years ago when my son was a toddler, I decided that neither Nickelodeon nor Disney were suitable for children to watch.
