Calling all Gosnells. If you are disgusting murderous abortionist or even just an out-of-work plumber looking to up your body count, New York wants you to know that you are welcome here.
According to the new law being actively pushed by ‘Catholic in good standing’ Gov. Andrew Cuomo, you will no longer need to be a doctor to perform abortions in New York State. That’s right. You don’t even need to be a medical professional to perform abortions in NY.
Now some might say that this opens up a can of worms, what what with all the non=qualified killers out there doing the state-sanctioned killing. But NY has that covered too. Governor Cuomo’s new law would immunize the killers from prosecution.

These abortion supporters really do NOT care about the health of women. Lets take a surgical procedure and let people with lower training grades engage in it. I think in their attempt to convince the world abortion is "no big deal" that they convinced themselves and the medical community. A sad day for scared and susceptible women.

Cuomo wouldn't have done this without a planned target. And for some to benefit, by making alot of money. The target group will be the new, little "Julia's", the poor, ethic public school girls.
The new social services coordinators will be established through their home schools to act as intermediaries to streamline the catalogue of care and services for the school, state and provisionaries. Who will be ready and waiting!
These girls will be self "signers", and will be highly incentivized to follow the new protocol.
Quickly in, quickly out, and back to school with a small reward.
Parental envolvent will be highly discouraged, with no knowledge, input, advice or support wanted.
