My oldest girl just entered her teens, so I still have some time. However, lately I have been giving some thought to my requirements, yes requirements, for any young man that may one day seek her hand. It is never too soon to start planning.

Presumably the fact that the web page is not available is a hint that your daughter is also not available…

I would love to read all about it – BUT The N.C. Register's web site has been unavailable for more than a week.
Can someone do something about this? At least let the web master know that Firefox cannot find the server!!

What about posting the entire thing here on CMR?

Sunday morning and had no problem accessing the article.
I am shocked at how many people had an issue with #8 in the list in the combox. Crazy. I think the readers mistake the NCRegister with the NC Reporter, or as Fr Z. Calls it, the "Fishwrap".

The server was the problem, but the web site is back up now.

@ Av8er,
More than one person had a problem with the link and you blame them?
Sadly, while the register was done, the fishwrap wasn't.

Gosh, considering the backlash on #8, what would have resulted if he dared to say he was teaching his daughter to OBEY her husband?!
