Come on guys. This one promises to be an all timer, right?
Lolo Jones and singer Jordin Sparks are starring in a rapture movie with Nicholas Cage, according to The Christian Post.
I’m thinking that, according to my rating system, out of five bee baskets, this one gets six because I think at least six times during this movie, viewers will seriously contemplate whether they’d like a basket of bees stuck on their heads or continue watching the movie.

I don't know who Jones or Sparks are, but I've been a fan of Nicolas Cages for decades. He's had some winners (National Treasure, Guarding Tess-personal favorite of mine) and unfortunately some losers (like above), but I will still watch anything Cage is in- at least once.

Groan. Horrible books. And the versions already made are horrible.

Watch the end credits of National Treasure. It thanks five or six Masonic lodges. The same is true of a movie called "Quest of the Delta Knights" that had David Warner, Olivia Hussey, and Richard Kind, which is mostly known for being shown on MST3K.
I'm not putting forward any conspiracy theories, but Freemasons are co-sponsoring movies about ancient lost knowledge and secret societies that guard it. Yep.

That's amusing to know they thanked them in the credits. But that doesn't mean that they had any control over how the Masons were presented. As a matter of fact, the Southern Baptist convention sent the head of their mission board, Dr. Gary Leazer, to try to investigate Freemasonry and it's compatibility with Christianity. He found, overall, no incompatibility. Because he did not condemn Freemasonry, he was fired and kicked out of the SBC. He published his findings in the book "Fundamentalism and Freemasonry" and later became a Mason. 🙂
