The American Civil Liberties Union has filed an outrageous lawsuit in federal court charging the bishops with unfairly forbidding Catholic hospitals from performing abortions.
The suit would equate a Catholic hospital following the “Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services,” with negligence.
“It’s about rules that tie the hands of doctors at Catholic facilities,” ACLU Deputy National Legal Director Louise Melling was quoted as saying in one story…

You need to change your headline to "not".

Yeah I was confused on the Twitter because it said "now" instead of "not."

Indeed, that one letter makes a scandalous difference in the headline. I think it was Click-Bait.

Ah, liberals at their truest. We have the right to make our own choices. As long as it's the choice they want us to make.

This is the epitome of violation of separation of church and state. The ACLU is trying to impose its atheism and rejection of the human soul for whom the church is responsible. The state, the court has nothing to add or subtract to church teaching about the inviolability of human life. Even when Catholic hospitals take Federal funds, those funds come from tax all citizens pay. No longer does this nation make law for all people. Human sacrifice, pornography and sodomy are the flagship freedoms imposed on every person since the person of God, Jesus Christ, the TRUTH has been declared persona non grata from the public square.

The human soul, a Catholic Church teaching is being attacked in our courts. If good men do nothing, the devil will overcome.

The unborn is given a human soul at fertilization and a will to live. The will to live in the human soul is the state's Right to Life. Deny the human soul, deny the unalienable rights endowed to the human soul and all men will be treated as beasts of burden. See the HHS mandate.
