Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi will receive the Margaret Sanger Award from the Planned Parenthood, according to Catholic Culture.
The Award goes to public figures for “outstanding contributions to the reproductive health and rights movement.”
“No one is more deserving of his honor than Leader Pelosi,” said Cecile Richards, the president of the Planned Parenthood Federation.
CMR couldn’t agree more. No one deserves the Margaret Sanger award more than Pelosi.
I don’t know how she’ll explain this one on Judgment Day but I guess we all hope we don’t get what we really deserve.

I pray that Pelosi will have a "road to Damascus" moment and 10, 20, or 30 years from now we'll hear her at some pro-life rally talking about how misguided she was. The Catholic Church is filled with stories of some of the most egregious sinners converting. Wouldn't it be great if Pelosi joined those ranks? We pray for faith and hope, and sometimes our hopes our outrageous. But God doesn't mind at all working in the outrageous

Brent is right – Bernie Nathenson comes to mind. We can hope.
But I"m afraid the concept of agreeing with Planned Parenthood on anything makes me vaguely nauseous.

The picture is deceiving. Pope Benedict XVI had a private meeting with Pelosi that lasted better part of a half hour. I am sure the Pope explained to Pelosi the truths of abortion. Now Pelosi has no excuse.
