Happy Hour 3-29-22

Re. Jesus and changing people, the thing about listening to the people of the Church reminds me of Quaker meetings. All the Quaker inner-light thing is about putting forward the work of the world and our ego. People are essentially gods in Quakerism (although most Quakers I know are atheist that pray; waiting for their inner god-self-light to speak). It’s basically our sinful inclinations informing the Church’s Divine Revelation from Jesus Himself. (BTW, I’ve read-up on Quakers and know them personally myself in PA, living among them all my life.)
