What is going on?

At 9:24 the president says his son lost his life in the war in Iraq. In reality, Beau Biden passed away in 2015 after suffering from brain cancer. Is it possible that the President believes that something that occurred in Iraq gave him brain cancer? If so, I think there are a number of veterans who’d like to hear about that. In fact, we all would.

If not, then is he just lying in order to curry favor? Or is he so far gone mentally that he believes what he’s saying?

I honestly have no idea but this is a problem.
