It just reminds me when I took my two oldest who were then three and one years old to see “The Rookie” with Dennis Quaid. At one point there was a shot of the American flag. My three year old stood up and began singing God Bless America in her not-inside voice. With her hand on her heart.
Everyone in the theater just stopped watching the movie for a moment and when she was done they applauded and laughed. She sat down and started munching on popcorn unaware that they were clapping for her. It’s one of those moments you just remember.
