It’s funny, isn’t it? We were sold a line from the smooth talking activists that if we just peeled back the shame, if we made sin a little less dirty, a little more casual, everything would be fine. Sex without shame, they said. No more guilt. Just normal. Human. And what happened? Sex is everywhere. The world didn’t get better. It got messier. It got noisier. We became more depressed and suicidal. And somehow, we’re all supposed to believe that’s progress.
They told us shame was the enemy. Shame was the problem. But shame, at least, kept things in check. It kept us honest, maybe. Now, what do we have? A society that’s lost its filter, its boundaries. Everything’s on display, and nobody’s got the courage or the decency to look away.
Because they don’t want shame. Not anymore. They want to erase it from the record, from the mind. But what’s left when shame’s gone? A kind of hollow freedom without consequences or accountability. Just a relentless parade of “truths” and “rights” and “choices,” all stripped of their weight.
And we’re supposed to believe that’s progress? I don’t buy it. Because beneath the surface, what’s really happening? We’re losing something essential. We’re losing the sense that some things are wrong, that some lines shouldn’t be crossed. We’re trading in our shame for a cheap kind of ‘acceptance,’ and in the process, we’re losing ourselves.
The concept of sin? It’s disappearing. Not because it’s gone away, but because we’re too afraid to look at it. And in that fear, we’re losing sight of what it means to be human.
It’s the same thing with the issue of abortion. In fact, abortion is a necessary component of free love. The thing about free love is it’s not free. Someone’s paying the price. Many times it’s the child.
But their playbook worked. That’s why they’re going to it again. That’s why we heard so much about the suicide rates of trans youths. We, as a culture, were so judgey that it drove thousands of trans children to suicide every year. Just the act of saying that they’re a biological boy when they consider themselves a girl was enough to send them to the medicine cabinet. We were told that shame kills so if we had any love in our Jesus-y hearts we’d shutup.
Many fell for this. Many did indeed shutup. But as anyone could’ve told you, the loud mouthed activists and the smooth talking talking heads who arch their eyebrows in concern were wrong. Very wrong. It turns out that more and more kids are miserable in this day and age where children are being put on puberty blockers at seven years old. The suicide rates remain unchanged.
It’s because we need even more acceptance, they cry. Our culture is soaked in sex but what do we need? Less shame. Abortions have killed almost 70 million children in this country alone but what do we need? Less talk of sin! Women need to shout their abortions!!!!! And in this moment where an entire generation has marinated in gender confusion we see depression and suicide because we’re still daring to question it.
How does this end? When there’s no such thing as sin. That’s the only way it ends. When the concept of sin has been eradicated, only then can we enjoy the much promised libertine utopia. So we just need to rid ourselves of all these pesky Christians.

What they have actually eliminated, and the reason everyone is depressed and suicidal, is meaning. Our lives have no meaning anymore. Nothing is concrete, there is no truth and no God, but we were made for God, so we search for fulfillment when the idea of fulfillment is gone, because with no meaning what are we fulfilling?
