This is Katy Tur on MS Now but it could be any of them. They find the very idea of God-given rights disgusting. Why? Because if the government didn’t give them to you, they can’t take them away.

I love how she says this is putting God over the Declaration of Independence because it’s actually the Declaration that specifically states, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
To be clear, the government does not grant you rights. It is there to protect them. That’s a fundamental misunderstanding.

They think that by attacking the underlying belief system, they will gain power and freedom. The way I read Nietzche is that only one guy will win big in her system.
Sounds cliche, but old ubermensch is not into sharing power, nor is he under any kind of moral code that doesn’t satisfy him. First thing he’d do is deliver marching orders to ms now…. wait
