A wacko Indiana just issued a temporary injunction on an abortion law. Affected babies will, however, not be temporarily dead.

A federal judge in Indianapolis issued a temporary injunction against Indiana’s Sex Selective and Disability Abortion Ban, which protects unborn children from abortion purely because of their race, sex or disability.
Now, liberals don’t like the framing of this issue so even though this judge is saying that you can kill disabled babies for being disabled and you can kill black children for being black and you can kill girls for being girls, the media won’t pick up on this.
That’s how much abortion means to the left. They’re willing to side with racists and continue the war on women just to keep abortion on demand legal.
“In overruling that mandate, Judge Tanya Walton Pratt is permitting deadly prejudice in order to protect unlimited abortion on-demand, for any reason, up until the moment of birth,” explained Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of Susan B. Anthony List. “Today’s ruling detracts from what has been accomplished in so many other areas of the law to prevent discrimination and other infringements on an individual’s rights because of biased perceptions about their worth and their abilities.”
The judge in this case is an African-American woman. Yeah, that’s how much abortion means to the left.
