Considering that the entire intelligence apparatus of the US government has been laser focused on investigating white supremacy violence, how were they not able to prevent the Buffalo shooting?

Is it because, the shooter wasn’t a conservative? Was it because he was an eco-fascist socialist and therefore exempt from the FBI’s scrutiny?

So it becomes clear that the intelligence agencies aren’t very concerned with white supremacy as they are with conservatives. Well sheesh, just say it and get it over with.
