Is the Church speaking out strenuously on this? Are Church leaders promulgating Church teaching on sexuality?
Why not? Are our shepherds too busy trying to ingratiate their way into the Wolfpack? Or is it that our Church leaders no longer believe in the Church’s teachings on sexuality. They think the Church needs to get in step with the world?
The percentage of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer adults in the U.S. continues to increase, reaching an all-time high of 7.6% in 2023, according to a new Gallup report. Broken down by gender, the survey of 12,000 people 18 and older across the country found that women were nearly twice as likely as men to identify as LGBTQ.
“Almost 30% of Gen Z women identify as LGBTQ+, most as bisexual,” Jeffrey Jones, a senior editor at Gallup, told NBC News. “That’s where a lot of the growth seems to be happening.”
This is the first year Gallup has laid out its annual LGBTQ identification report in a way that breaks down each generation by gender. Looking at all generations, 8.5% of women and 4.7% of men identified as LGBTQ, the survey found. The survey reported margins of sampling error of plus or minus 4 percentage points among LGBTQ respondents.
30 percent! 30 percent! And we are silent about this. A horror. A tragedy.

Seems to be more of a ‘don’t rock the boat’ mentality. I believe there are too many Church leaders who are afraid of being looked at as hateful if they do not comply with the zeitgeist. Also I wonder if there is a fear of being themselves exposed as a gay priest or bishop if they preach to much against it. I think blackmail is rife in the Church as well as a tendency of wanting to change Church teachings on human sexuality in order to fall in line with the world. We’ve got a hard road ahead. Hang on to your hats.

30% of girls are confused by feminism telling them being a woman is no good, being a mother is no good and stripping females of everything that defines BEING female. So, they are confused and being told they are to value a job not motherhood, getting STEM degrees not teaching or nursing degrees, and sexual promiscuity not purity…find your worth in traditional male practices (although males should also forego promiscuity). So when these poor young ladies hit 30 and they realize nothing has fulfilled them – they will need Truth. THerefore, we must communicate the loving and clear Word of God and not this vague, ambiguous nonsense that seems to be the sign of the times. Those young people will need Christ (working through us) to heal their wounds.
