You know that moment in wrestling when the referee picks up a chair and smashes it over the wrestler’s torso? So the debate last night was kind of like that.
The “journalists” “moderating” the “debate” LIED when they sneeringly informed Trump that he was wrong about states allowing late-term abortion.
Um. They do.
They also informed him that crime is down.
A lie.
And ABC News called the City Manager of Springfield, Ohio, himself and he said there was no concerns whatsoever about the thousands of Haitian migrants that were dropped off there eating pets and geese. So, all those regular people who saw this happening and haven’t seen Mittens for days should sleep well knowing that the City Manager thinks everything is alright.
In other words, a big fat lie.

I will never understand why we have journalists (real ones or activists posing as journalists, doesn’t matter) moderating these debates. Why don’t we tap into the pool of people who moderate forensic competitions? They know how to moderate a debate without injecting themselves into it.

Because Matt, they own the air waves and can do what they want as they have for ages. Propaganda. They know the questions are skewered toward their candidates. They know they ask ‘gottcha’ questions of their opponents. They can fact check the opponent yet refuse to fact-check their candidate. They do this, despite the double standard. Why? Because they can. And lastly, they HAVE to inject themselves into the debates because their candidates cannot handle themselves under a fair debate OR a rigged one. And who’s to stop them Matt? You? Me? lol

OK, she may not do much actual “leading,” but I used that expression because no one voted for her to be the Party’s candidate — she was chosen for them by those who hold the real power in the Party and in this country.

Well, that’s pretty literally all any vice president has ever been good for. It would have been logistically and almost certainly LEGALLY impossible for them to quickly rerun all the primaries at the last minute. I suppose you wanted Trump to win by default, or maybe to have his opposition reduced to Libertarians or maybe the Greens — and you would pretend that is somehow more of an actual democratic election. No. Let’s have a real election, even if all the prominent candidates are unworthy of the office.
One way or another, this is far from the topic of the DEBATE. The “moderators” of this debate did not force Biden out of office — honestly, any president who could feel FORCED out by the displeasure of broadcast TV, which basically no one watches anymore, is simply too weak to be in office at any rate. Richard Nixon was forced out by his own senators, who would have voted to remove him, not by Walter Cronkite — and none of these moderators are one tenth as influential as Cronkite. No; Biden, like Nixon, was forced out by powerful people in his own party, not by the press.
As for choosing Harris as his replacement, it was much the same story. It likewise does not matter, because the Democrats want a figurehead, and it scarcely matters who that figurehead is. Different puppet, same puppeteer.
