This happens so often I just think it’s insane that they don’t have a thesaurus handy? It’s like a student getting caught copying someone else’s essay word for word. Dude, all you had to do is change the words. How lazy can you be? You want to know the shocking thing? We’re losing to these lazy dumb people. What does that say about us?

At least ABC News changed the word to “combative.” Good on them, huh? That’s all we’re asking for. Sure I mind that you’re transforming the greatest country in the world to a dystopian hellscape but at least do it subtly. Come on. We’re just asking for a little subterfuge here so we can pretend everything is ok.
