You might recall this famous quote from the Declaration of Independence:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, except very little ones and taxpayer funds MUST be given to those determined to kill very small humans.”
How about this one from the Constitution:
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, as well as to ensure we don’t have too much of populations we don’t want to many of do ordain and establish that taxpayer money must go towards Planned Parenthood.
The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear a case over whether Arizona is allowed to refuse to give Planned Parenthood taxpayer money, allowing a lower court ruling to stand.
So now the judiciary gets to decide who is entitled to money. That’s no longer the province of elected officials. Think about that.
Christian News reports:
In his ruling, Judge Wake stated that Planned Parenthood shouldn’t be denied funding simply because it performs abortions, and said that the other services the organization offers should qualify Planned Parenthood to receive Medicaid compensation.
“Simply put, a state’s determination of whether a provider is qualified to perform Medicaid services must at least be related to Medicaid services,” he wrote in his order. “The fact that [Planned Parenthood] performs legally protected abortions does not affect their ability to perform family planning services for Medicaid patients.”
Last August, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Wake’s ruling, stating that Arizona officials are bound by federal law to provide Medicaid funds to Planned Parenthood.
The courts have decided that, in effect, the Constitution, guarantees abortionists money from your pocket. What a corrupt horror our judiciary has become.
