Hey, what happened to the separation of church and state? Sen. Dianne Feinstein opened up anti-gun presser with a prayer from Dean of the National Cathedral Rev. Canon Gary Hall who seemed a little long on lecturing and political posturing and a little short on prayer. (Two-to-one ratio for those keeping score at home.)
This is especially rich since, you might remember, Feinstein grilled Justice John Roberts over his interpretation of the separation of Church and state which she believed to be “absolute.” Feinstein has received a 100 percent ranking from Americans United for Separation of Church and State. Do you know how radical you have to be to receive a 100% from these radicals? Rahm Emanuel only scored a 92%.
This is nothing but stunt prayer. This isn’t even a prayer to God but a cry for help to attempt to persuade those “bitter clingers” that they’re just like them.
Memo to bitter clingers: Dianne Feinstein is nothing like you.
