I still don’t know who this guy is, but love this guy! Not in a prop 8 kinda way, but in a “Yeah! What he said!” kinda way! Love it.

I have thought the same thing.
Catholic Democrats allowed the party to go pro-abortion even if they did not like it. Sure there was an initial reaction to this happening, but it was not something continuous. It simply became something they “didn’t like” but were willing to put up with for other issues.
I am quite thankful that many Catholics were so adverse to Rudy Giuliani’s run. If only Catholic Democrats had such a strong reaction. Though there were certainly many Rudy apologists in the GOP including some Catholics.
I would love to be arguing about prudential matters instead about things that are intrinsically evil.

Sorry about that for some reason some old text got injected in.
What I was going to say was that Zo is awesome. I love all his videos.

As a boomer/geezer who’s twiced voted for Dr. Keyes in previous primaries, I’m stunned and awed by this young man’s lazar insights. HIS “delivery system” needs to be assimilated into 21st century conservative stratagems, not for the style and jargon (tho’ that’s not to dismiss its value) but for its blatant honesty and dismissal of the Miss Manners’ handling of “serious” candidates for high office.
I dunno if I can see that his dream ticket, Huckabee/Keyes, would have gotten any more traction than did the GOP ticket, but his take on FThompson was sadly, profoundly identical to mine. What a missed opportunity we’ll never know.
I rather think, though this “Zo” is obviously a guy who cannot and won’t be “handled” himself, would do the country well as a editorial journalist; maybe like a hiphop O’Reilly or like his boy Huckabee himself. Huckabee will also need to measure his foray into talking head television as a means of keeping him in the Q.
But I’d give an eye to have “Zo” in the front row of the White House press room at the first and every subsequent press conference Obama will have in the next four years.

This guy is great. Fascinating, and it’s always nice to see a conservative African American – ideological diversity is important, too. 🙂

I have seen his videos before and I’ve always liked what I’ve seen. I can’t believe anyone could almost talk me into supporting Mike Huckabee. If he can do that maybe he can turn his cohort into becoming conservative Republicans. Maybe when they get what they thought they wanted (Obama), they’ll see it’s not so great. Zo’s got my support. I hope he keeps up the good work. Kit

Since I live at the end of a telephone line I can’t view a YouTube, so I’ve missed the song. Okay, he can be vice-president in ’12, but it’s SARAH FOR PRESIDENT!

Must be a good video. It’s no longer available for viewing so I’ll assume he really twisted some panties into a knot.

The guy’s name is Alfonzo “Zo” Rachel, a conservative commentator, Christian, and internet phenom.
He’s got a page with Bob Parks over at zo.black-and-right.com and also a channel at the newly minted conservative site New Media Alliance at http://www.nmatv.com/categories/8/The-Zo.
Subvet, you can find your missing video over there with others.
For additional conservative viewpoints check out the list put together by the Southern Conservative.
