Two disturbing stories.
The first here on my native Long Island. A group of 20 gang members surrounded a man’s house in Uniondale, NY. They verbally threatened him and his family. He got his legally owned AK-47 and asked them to leave his property. They dared him saying he wouldn’t use the gun.
He put a few rounds into his lawn.
For this he was arrested.
“He starts threatening my family, my life. ‘Oh you’re dead. I’m gonna kill your family and your babies. You’re dead.’ So when he says that, 20 others guys come rushing around the corner. And so I fired four warning shots into the grass,” Grier said.
Grier was later arrested. John Lewis is Grier’s attorney.
“What he’s initially charged with – A D felony reckless endangerment — requires a depraved indifference to human life, creating a risk that someone’s going to die. Shooting into a lawn doesn’t create a risk of anybody dying,” Lewis said.
The man defended his home and his family and nobody got hurt. I guess he is a monster?!?
Perhaps even more worrisome is that soon people like Mr. Grier won’t even be able to obtain a weapon to defend their families. The Senate is, well…

Are they serious? The Democrats are facing almost certain defeat in November. Hardly anything could make it worse, except this!!
I can picture the ads now. First they took your money, then they took your health-care, now they want your guns!!

I believe that for the end times to come to fruition, and the eventual return of Christ, the United States of America must diminish as a world power. I hate to see this happen, and would want to fight against it all the way. But, with what we have been witnessing recently, I think that His return is close at hand. Come soon, Jesus.

Jesus will come when we least expect Him as He strongly intimated, so our job now is to prepare our souls for Him at any time. This means having the God-given freedoms to make choices as adult men and women who can also act to protect themselves and children from danger and even, or especially, if that danger comes from the government itself. The greatest tyranny facing the United States now is not from abroad but from the Democratic Party and its RINO allies.

Not too many generations ago, Mr. Grier would've been hailed as a local hero for defending his life, family and property against such an angry mob of human garbage.
And if true justice had been allowed to play out, some in that angry mob of human garbage would now be worm food.
Here in the Mid West, we don’t use 911. We use Smith & Wesson.
But the tone-deaf nanny state continues its oppressive march to wussify our population via more & more "COMMITTEE HEARINGS."

To answer Rick's question, this is the Administration characterized by the statement, "Never let a good crisis go to waste." Proof of that can be seen in the hyperventilating hysteria that accompanied passage of the stimulus bill. Remember that one? The one rushed through Congress only to sit in the Oval Office until our Commander-in-Chief returned from a Valentine's Day get together he'd had with his bride.
It won't take much, just a single incident to justify drastic measures that run counter to the Constitution. For proof of how things will be blown out of proportion I'll cite the little church in Florida that plans on burning copies of the Koran this weekend.
It's a little POS congregation, they could probably meet in the local library for services, they're so small. Yet there has been so much MSM coverage of this that you would think the group would pack St. Patrick's Cathedral in NYC.
Would they have received identical coverage for burning copies of the Catechism? What purpose would this excessive coverage serve and who benefits?
Somebody doesn't want any crisis, real or fabricated, to go to waste.
I was in a gun store the other day. One of the items they sell is a storage box to be used for burying your guns. Anyone NOT able to guess why that item would be selling right now?
Remember Ruby Ridge, Idaho in 1992 and keep your eyes open. B.O. & Company are only symptoms of our problems. Voting them out of office is only a start.

Of course, for liberals and cops it is their choice who to defend and when and how well. It would be good for as many white people as possible to break these laws and go to prison. It would make them safer in there, which would make them less vulnerable to aggression in ordinary life, for the gangs would lose the edge that prison gives when it is more brutal to some than others.
