Statistics is not as rigorous as math. So between 19 & 25 is still within a given confidence interval.

More seriously–that implies (if the header was written to reflect the actual content of the story and "study") that SOME would scare-monger "teen" pregnancy stats by including NON-"teen" women.
That's consistent with "Youth Killed By Guns" methodology, where the "youth" in question are by and large, over the age of 18.

that's one of my faves, too. Especially since I can't find any stats on unwed teen pregnancies, and several states don't report their stats, anyways.
