The parents are saying things like- look at the arm, there's a little mouth, etc- just nice baby talk- the mom is saying something like the baby wants to go (out)
Just watched it with my son. I told him he used to move around that much. I think it's one of the reasons he likes swimming so much today! Standing in front of high school class rooms, The students could see him roaming around. I love this video. Happy Birthday to all!
The mother asks whether he's filming then asks whether he's looking for the exit and tells him it's the other side. Dad exclaims that that her tummy is enormous. Mom states that he'll have expended all the energy so he'll be calm once he's out. Das asks whether she's ever seen a stomach (ventre) that moves (bouge). Dad tells her that you can guess (approximate) where the arms and legs are.
Cécile, the little girl, says, "Papa, venez voir, vite." Dad, come quickly and look. Nothing remarkable except the child is using the vous form of you – a sign of respect very rarely seen in France nowadays.
The baby is a boy, by the way.

Wow, I've never seen such a thing! I wish I could understand what the parents are saying.
