Wonderful synopsis of the Latin Mass. It is my hope to one day attend a Latin Mass. BTW, thank you for the laughter. Happy Thanksgiving.

Hilarious! As a novus ordo prolife daily communicant ,who kneels, when most stand, receives on the tongue, when most fo not, who maintains silence before, during and after Holy Mass, I understand. With that said, I will continue to attend novus ordo. Why? It's much closer. I like the responses. Lain Mass is too lopsided for me. I feel rather disconnected. My mind wanders, during the long liturgy. I do a Holy hour or half hour, right after Mass, so get silence in. Both Masses are to be respected.

We are blessed with having a small priory in town. They celebrate the Tridentine Mass and it's breathtaking. And they have pamphlets with Latin to English translations each week.
That sounds wonderful.
