Joe Biden is a perfect representation of modern American Catholicism. He is the mirror image of the majority of Catholics, rifling through the teachings they like and ignoring those that are inconvenient.

If that is a scary thought, it is a scary time.

We have four more years of Joe Biden quoting saints, name dropping Saint Francis, and attending Mass. We have four years of the media now loving this new twist on Catholicism and pushing it on you weird old fashioned fundie Catholics who need to step up into the modern age.

Get with the times, weirdo. If you’d just be willing to follow Joe, rather than Jesus, you too can be accepted at the elite’s cool table.
