Tim Gordon seems pretty pleased which mirrors my thinking. It sure is an amazing time to be Catholic. I especially liked what Gordon said like he was surprised that there was no fly in the ointment.
If ever the world needed a miracle, now would be the time.

When Jesus ceases to amaze you you turn to Hecate of Fatima and slobber all over her.

Let me guess, another Ortho-bro? What is it about this online Ortho-cult movement that has been attracting the most insufferable people? Perhaps if you guys spent more time in prayer rather than arguing on the internet, you may find that inner-peace that many of you desperately need.

I’d never heard of Timothy Gordon, so I looked him up. The photo on his website is very, ah, Byronesque, I will say.
I’m a non-official Catholic, meaning I haven’t been baptized into nor confirmed in the Church. But I do love the Church founded by Christ and so I have an intense interest in these things.
From my perspective, this “consecration” seems very…sketchy. People like Mundabor and Ann Barnhardt are less than impressed with it, as well as the indefatigable Bruce Charlton.
I watched some of the video from EWTN and couldn’t stomach it. With all due respect, I am mystified by your enthusiasm for this event. I particularly recommend reading through Miss Barnhardt’s analysis of the many problems with this “consecration.”

Probably would not put any stock in the ravings of Mundabor.
Have been occasionally reading that blog, for years.
It has many degrading sexual references and childish playground taunts toward the Holy Father (and others).
The person who runs that blog has some serious mental health issues.

Anybody who still calls this guy “the holy father” needs to have all their opinions immediately dismissed. Clearly these people are perverts whose idea of holiness is inverted.

Well, Hi there, Mundy.
So glad that you could join the party.
