That means Kavanaugh and ACB ruled with the leftists on the court.

So, I’m not willing to write off ACB yet. I haven’t figured out where she’s coming from yet but Kavanaugh I think looks like a mistake. He’s siding with the leftists quite often. I don’t know if the left hit him so hard during the confirmation that he’s desperate to build a legacy that the media will praise or what.
