Project Veritas has the video and you should check it out to see this smug braindead faux elite proudly rant about his indoctrination methods.
But one thing I wanted to bring to your attention is that this guy flat out states he will not hire Catholics.
Boland admitted to the Veritas journalist that he discriminates against potential hires based on their religion:
Boland: I’m not a huge expert on religion, but Protestants in this area [of Connecticut] are probably the most liberal. But if they’re Catholic — conservative.
Veritas Journalist: Oh, so then what do you do with the Catholics? If you find out someone is Catholic, then what?
Boland: You don’t hire them.
Veritas Journalist: So, would you ever hire a Catholic then?
Boland: No, I don’t want to…Because if someone is raised hardcore Catholic, it’s like they’re brainwashed. You can never change their mindset. So, when you ask them to consider something new, like a new opportunity, or “you have to think about this differently,” they’re stuck — just rigid.
The man who’s literally talking about brainwashing your children is afraid of Catholics because they resist him.
This kind of thing is not an anomaly. They know their enemy. This, I guarantee you, goes on all over the place.

I know its obvious, but if he held to his own values of openness, then he would be open to the ideas and ways of Catholics and anyone else he rejects. But this has become apparent with the ‘enlightened’.

Connecticut doesn’t have real Protestants because Yankee states are Episcopalian, Catholic Lite, and therefore libtards. If Southern Catholics are conservative its only because the Baptists rubbed off on them.

You don’t know anything about anything. The pilgrims were not Episcopalian. New England was settled by many protestant sects and then went on to splinter into many more. And Catholics are not usually conservative unless they are “traditional” Catholic, i.e. pre Vatican II. It has nothing whatsoever to do with regional politics.

Yes. It does.
Why are the northeastern States considered “solidly Blue” ?

The guy is a Catholic too because only Catholics are stupid enough to think Catholics are conservative.

I’m Catholic but your remark gave me a chuckle! Silly stupid stuff usually does. Still, Pearl does have a point you could benefit from re-reading. James does too. But the Professor is onto the scent, and it ought to be pursued. I suspect Mr. Boland has a lot of stuff (psychologically, theologically, socially, intellectually and so on) people could take apart and expose the weaknesses of. He might want to take his own inventory once in a while…
Also, political terms like liberal and conservative don’t serve ‘the discussion’ well, though an exploration of terms and definitions like right and wrong, tradition and conservatism, liberalism and freedom might.
