Starting today (and for the second year in a row), I’m doing the Saint Michael’s Lent. It begins today (August 15, the Feast of the Assumption) and continues through ’til the day before the Feast of Saint Michael the Archangel on September 29. And on the nine last days leading up to his feast day I also do the Saint Michael Novena.
Treat it like you would the usual Lenten season, with fasting, doing without, making & keeping resolutions, saying the rosary daily, going to confession at least once during the timeframe, and during the ending novena also saying the associated daily prayers & personal intentions and saying the Saint Michael’s Chaplet.
