I’ve been saying this for about a year. The tide has turned. Aslan is on the move. Young people are rejecting atheist materialism and therefore Anglicanism which is materialism with a sprinkle of kumbaya.

European Conservative: With Easter approaching, a statistic reveals that the number of Catholics among young people is overtaking that of Anglicans in Great Britain due to the massive number of conversions. A revolution is underway.
The statistics appear in a Bible Society report and are conclusive: among the under-25s, the ratio is about to shift to two to one in favor of Catholics. If the trend continues, Catholicism could become numerically the largest Christian denomination in England for the first time since the Reformation. Anglicans could even drop to third place, behind Pentecostals.
This commitment to Catholicism is indicative of a generation that feels more connected to religion and wants to break away from a mimetic practice of faith without conviction. At the same time as the percentage of non-believers continues to increase, the number of believers who go to church at least once a month is growing.
In 2018, Anglicans accounted for 30% of regular churchgoers and Catholics for 22%. By 2024, the ratio had reversed: Anglicans now accounted for only 20%, while Catholics had jumped to 41%.
People are choosing meaning over meaninglessness, The Truth over my truth, and love over apathy. Pray this continues and grows.
Mind you, I still think we’re speeding towards the apocalypse but now at least we’re pumping the brakes. It’s better but still not great. Pray for great.

But Catholicism is becoming just as liberal as Anglucanism did, its just a tad behind. Taylor Marshall jumped ship from Episcopalian to Catholic due to Epicopalianism acceptjnf gay stuff, and now he’s stuck with Francis’ gay blessings. When Francis endorses gay marriage officially later this year, then we’ll see what’s what. England is at a disadvantage in having the brain disease of state churchism so no church that id not a political entitiy has much of a chance. But in America its clear true Chriatian values on all subjects are found in low church Protestant churches which are the backbone of the country. California and New York are the kost Catholic AND most liberal. The Bible belt is mainly Baptist AND conservative. England is just a very stupid place. And even if Catholicism wins the denomination wars there, Islam (which the Vatican II church supports) is winning the religion war there, and the Vatican II Roman Capitulation Church will not be able to stand up to Islam since it officially says Muslims are saved by believing in the Koran.
